Purchase
No responsibility can be made against MadMacher Scuba Supplies or any member of the company for accidents or incidents arising from using items purchased from MadMacher Scuba or Equestrian Supplies.
Should you submit an order and wish to cancel it please inform MadMacher of the cancellation via phone or email ASAP

Payments
All payments are to be cleared prior to delivery

Delivery
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Should an item be unavailable for delivery, MadMacher will try to inform the customer of any delay.
Please ensure you check the item when the delivery driver delivers the goods, damaged items should not be accepted and under no circumstances should you sign the deliver drivers note without noting on any damage. We are unable to replace products signed for in good condition. If you have any problems with checking the item please contact us before signing for the delivery on 07766344879 or 01793 336219. Signing unchecked does will not validate any claim and is referred to as Signed in Good Condition. See Damaged Goods

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds are available subject to the item being returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging.
Due to Health and Safety laws some items are non returnable and this will be stated at time of purchase or on the item description.
Returns and refunds are available up to 14 days from the delivery date or 7 days from the purchase date if cancelled before delivery.
All items must be returned via a signed for delivery service.
Unless the item is found to be faulty no postal cost will be covered in the refund amount.

All refunds are to be agreed by MadMacher prior to return of the item.

Damaged or Lost Goods
Should any item be damaged then the customer must inform MadMacher ASAP

Lost items must be investigated prior to anr refunds or replacements, please contact MadMacher ASAP if you feel your item has not arrived within the specified time (See Delivery)
